  otel根本不配稱為一間公司，而是一間詐騙集團。
  我在三個月前預訂了西班牙的飯店，道出發之前還不斷的跟otel確認（更不要說他連voucher都無法正確寄到我提供的gmail信箱，而是聲稱寄到多了.tw的錯誤信箱，我當然無法收到），甚至在入住前一天跟飯店重複確認過，卻在入住當天早上被otel片面取消訂單，甚至歸咎我們沒有跟他們作最後確認。連絡客服只會得到There’s nothing I can help.的不負責任回應，所以如果你仍想嘗試otel，祝你幸運，因為他只是用低價來吸引你，事實上完全不在意誠信。如果你在意這趟旅行的話，請絕對不要相信otel開出的任何承諾，因為他們只在意自己有利可圖。

  Otel is nothing but a group of cheaters. I booked a hotel in Spain three months prior to my trip through them; I even confirmed with them multiple times before departure. Not to mention they send the voucher to a wrong email address instead of the one I provided. I even called to the hotel one day before my arrival to confirm my booking, which is been cancelled by otel without contacting me or any notification. THEY EVEN BLAME ME FOR NOT CONFIRMING WITH THEM. All their customer service would say is “There’s nothing I can help.” If you still want to hire them, good luck. The only thing they do is to attract you with a nice price, and make any deal with you if there’s profit, no matter what they promised. Therefore, if you do care about your trip, DO NOT BELIEVE otel. You will only become a prey of this dishonest otel. Shame on them. Finally, shame on Turkey to have group of people like this. If you are from Turkey, spread this word before these cheaters continue bring shame on a country that was once great.

  Otel est rien, mais un groupe de tricheurs. J’ai réservé un hôtel en Espagne trois mois avant mon voyage à travers eux; Je même confirmé avec eux plusieurs fois avant le départ. Sans oublier qu’ils envoient le bon à une mauvaise adresse électronique à la place de celui que je fournis. J’ai même appelé à l’hôtel un jour avant mon arrivée pour confirmer ma réservation, qui est été annulée par otel sans moi ou toute notification contact. ILS me blâmer MÊME POUR NE PAS CONFIRMER AVEC EUX. Toute leur service à la clientèle dirais “Il n’y a rien que je peux aider.” Si vous voulez continuer à les embaucher, bonne chance. La seule chose qu’ils font est de vous attirer avec un bon prix, et de faire tout accord avec vous s’il y a profit, peu importe ce qu’ils ont promis. Par conséquent, si vous ne vous souciez de votre voyage, NE PAS CROIRE otel. Vous ne pourrez qu’être une proie de cette otel\ malhonnête. Honte à eux. Enfin, la honte sur la Turquie d’avoir un groupe de personnes de ce genre. Si vous êtes en provenance de Turquie, répandre ce mot avant que ces tricheurs continuent apporter la honte sur un pays qui était autrefois une grande.

      那現在還有優惠券嗎
      另一個問題是這網站是以歐元計價嗎
      刷卡是不是還要加手續費

        訂房網站刷卡不會有手續費的, 至於用什麼貨幣計價, 就要看你訂房時以選擇什麼貨幣, 系統會根據訂房時的匯率計算出你選擇貨幣的金額, 收款會以這個貨幣來收取.
        暫時沒有這個網站的新折扣代碼啊.
